Robert Noel

Land Securities Group plc
Robert Noel (53) is the Chief Executive of Land Securities Group PLC. Landsec is the UK’s largest listed property company and is a constituent of the FTSE100. It owns over 23 million square feet of commercial floor space and has approximately 1,000,000 visitors to its buildings every day.
From 1992 to 2002, he was a Director of Nelson Bakewell Ltd, the property services group. From June 2002 until October 2009, he was Property Director of Great Portland Estates plc.
He joined Landsec in January 2010 as Managing Director of its London business and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive from 1 April 2012.
Robert is a Trustee of the Natural History Museum and is a member of the Boards of both the British Property Federation (BPF) and the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA).
Peter Vernon

Grosvenor Britain & Ireland
Peter Vernon is the Chief Executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (July 2008). He joined Grosvenor in 2005. As Executive Director for Grosvenor’s London estate, Peter instigated a strategy of re-investment and organisational transformation, and through development and asset management drove the creation of exceptional places for people to live and work in London.
Since becoming Chief Executive, Peter has continued this strategy across the business and complemented it with a substantial development programme outside the London estate, across markets, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use, through the creation of high-quality new neighbourhoods.
He is a member of Peabody’s Board, Deputy Chairman of the West End Partnership, Director of London First and on the Royal & Sun Alliance London Regional Board. He was a Commissioner of the independent City Growth Commission launched by RSA and chaired by Jim O’Neill, which delivered its conclusions in October 2014.
Before
joining Grosvenor, Peter was a Partner with IBM Business Consulting Services and PwC Consulting where he jointly led the real estate and capital programme management team.

Chris Grigg is chief executive of British Land, a constituent of the FTSE100. Since taking the role in 2009, he has put placemaking, wellbeing and design excellence at the heart of British Land’s approach to real estate. This is summed up in the company’s strategic focus on creating “Places People Prefer”. Aligned to the corporate strategy, British Land’s sustainability activity addresses major social trends and benefits over 35,000 people every year. British Land’s portfolio, which covers approximately 25 million sq ft, includes three office-led campuses in central London and retail-led assets across the UK.
Prior to joining British Land, Chris was Chief Executive of Barclays Commercial Bank and a partner at Goldman Sachs. He is a Non-Executive Director of BAE Systems plc and is on the Executive Board of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA).
