April 18th Breakfast – Annual Housing Breakfast - ‘Homes for Everyone’.

This year’s ‘Annual Housing Breakfast’ will kick off with an insightful keynote presentation from JLL (Adam Challis – Head of Research + Strategy, UK) on – “Housing Market Insights ’24”.

Our main panel session –‘Homes for Everyone’, will bring together a mix of private and public sector leaders and decision makers, to face the issues head on and address potentially the biggest challenge for 2024: how to deliver more, quality homes, mixed tenures; at scale!

Our expert contributors represent the various housing tenures, along with public sector. In this session, we will be looking at what the Housebuilder and BTR Developer / Investor needs from government and local authorities, and vice versa. What are the hurdles in the path of building new homes?

Both Funding and Policy issues have impacted UK BTR in 2023 – How will this play out in 2024 and beyond? With homelessness and temporary housing levels at an all-time high; what realistic steps can real estate take to help solve this problem? Where have collaborations between the private and public sectors worked well, and how can we move forwards towards the collective goal of ensuring housing in the UK is accessible to everyone?

Our conversations aim to break down barriers and to look at potential solutions and tangible outcomes. We will once again be using slido, so that our audience can engage and be part of the dialogue!

Join us for want will be a fascinating morning - take the opportunity to bring guests and network with key plays from the Industry!
