Legal & General Capital
David is Managing Director of the L&G Suburban Build to Rent (SBTR)business, responsible for helping to create and deliver the strategy, originate and structure partnerships and for building and managing the team.
He has extensive residential real estate investment, development and management experience and originally joined Legal & General Capital (LGC) as Senior Investment Manager within the Principal Investing/Housing team, managing LGC’s nationwide investments into the urban Build to Rent sector with LGIM. Prior to the role, he was a Director at Rowan Asset Management and a Board Director of Taylor Wimpey Cavendish Holdings, a joint venture regional housebuilding division. He holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, MSc from Cass Business School, MA from the University of Edinburgh and is a Member of the RICS.
Rebecca Taylor

Long Harbour
Rebecca is the Managing Director of Long Harbour’s BtR / Multifamily business. Since joining Long Harbour in 2015, Rebecca has deployed over £750mn of equity and leads on the LHMF JV which is a £1.5bn partnership with PSP and Cadillac Fairview.
Rebecca has over 15 years’ experience in development and investment having worked in projects in Australia, UK, Ireland and UAE. Prior to joining Long Harbour, Rebecca spent eight years at Laing O’Rourke working in their property and investment team. Here she worked on their offsite housing solution and a number of PFI/PPP deals.
She is the Vice-Chair of the BPF BTR Committee, is on the steering group for the UKAA Best Practice Guide and a member of the ULI UK Residential Council.

Alex Hearn is the Assistant Director of Placemaking and Growth at North Somerset Council responsible for planning, economic development, regeneration, property, the mixed use development programme and capital programme. HE moved from London in 2018 where he spent 15 years working in regeneration, planning, development and affordable housing programmes.

Dr Patricia Greer

West of England Combined Authority and Local Enterprise Partnership
Dr Patricia Greer is the Chief Executive of the West of England Combined Authority and Local Enterprise Partnership. She led the region’s devolution programme from March 2015 through to the establishment of the Combined Authority in 2017. Previously she held a range of senior private, central and local public sector positions including as a Director at the Cabinet Office with five years in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, and as a Strategic Director in Local Government. Patricia’s early career included nearly 10 years with leading management consultancies. She studied at the University of Bath and completed a PhD which was published as a book, ‘Transforming Central Government’, 1994.

Nikki is MPC’s Managing Director, in overall charge of the business and ensuring its smooth running. She has extensive experience in running tailored programmes of community consultation and has overseen a diverse range of projects in the residential, commercial, energy and affordable housing sectors. Nikki is currently leading MPC’s work on the Temple Island scheme in Bristol for L&G, and pioneering MPC’s new products and services in the social value field.
