Mark Allan has been Chief Executive of Landsec since April 2020. Prior to that he spent a combined 14 years as CEO of FTSE 250 real estate businesses Unite Group (student accommodation) and St. Modwen (regeneration, logistics and housebuilding). As a result of these roles, he has a broad range of experience from across the property sector.

Becky has been the Chief Financial Officer at iQ Student Accommodation since September 2019. Becky has also been a Non-Executive Director at British Land since January 2018 and is chair of their Audit Committee. Previously, Becky held the role of Group Chief Operating Officer of Countryside Properties PLC, having earlier been Chief Financial Officer from August 2015. She spent 15 years at Quintain Estates and Development PLC, first as Finance Director and latterly as Deputy Chief Executive. She qualified as a chartered accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.
