MOVERS & SHAKERS PROPERTY BREAKFAST CLUB
'The Who's Who in UK Property'
Our highly popuar, breakfast forums attract contributors from senior private and public sector leaders, and generate the most valued delegate lists in the Real Estate industry! With the opportunity to bring guests, book branded tables, plenty of networking time, and a full English breakfast in The Savoy's most elegant and iconic ballroom (8.00am - 11.45am).
The Breakfast Club forums are our premium events and are Members Only, with the opportunity to book and trial an event before becoming a member. Held once per quarter, these events are designed for senior-level individuals and organisations across the Real Estate Industry. Membership is limited to organisation that can deliver reciprocal business, and entitles members to attend the breakfast forums (at a discounted member's rate), and also offers discounted and priority bookings at our other Movers & Shakers events and conferences.

CORE FORUMS - 'ON LOCATION'
HALF-DAY CONFERENCES WITH NETWORKING RECEPTIONS
Movers & Shakers Core Forums bring our networking on-site to key developments across London; for half-day events (usually afternoons); for c. 3 hours of topic-based content, tours and networking reception. In 2023, we are planning 4+ Core Forums 'On Location' across London.
Typically, c. 200 attendees; again bringing together the leaders and influencers from the private and public sectors for constructive conversation and debate; within a networking-focused environment.
Member Rate - £135 +vat.
Trialist / Guest Rate - £165 +vat.
Sponsor packages - An range of packages from £3k - £8k +vat; (strictly limited number of non-conflicting partners).

FULL DAY EVENTS
BTR Forum 2023 - We are delighted to be organising our 9th BTR Forum. This full-day event will take place in October; date to be confirmed.
Interim BTR Forum - We will be organising an Interim BTR Forum (May 4th) on the topic 'BTR - Creating Better Lives... for Everyone'. This half-day conference will bring together key leaders from the BTR community, alongside public sector leaders; to explore the challenges, benefits and opportunities of delivering a mix of more and better rented homes,
We will be adding more conferences to our calendar later in 2023.

MOVERS & SHAKERS 'SIGNATURE'
BESPOKE, EXCLUSIVE, PRIVATE DINING
Individually designed, private round-table dinners (or lunches) in prestigious private rooms; delivered on behalf of partner organisations with a pre-agreed agenda, keynote speaker, and carefully selected guest list.
